What happens if I leave the app during a session?
Your session keeps counting — the timer is based on real time, so a phone call or a locked screen never loses your progress. Only tapping "Give up" ends a session early.
I completed a session but didn't get my coins.
Coins are granted the moment the timer finishes, even if the app was closed at that time — they appear on your next launch. If something still looks wrong, contact us below.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by the App Store: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Focus Puppy → Cancel. You keep access until the end of the paid period.
How do I restore my purchase on a new device?
Open the premium screen and tap "Restore purchases" while signed in with the same Apple ID.
